EVENT PARKING
Free off-site event parking will be available at Scone Racecourse, located at 434 Bunnan Road, Scone NSW 2337.
The racecourse is approximately 800 metres from the event site. Attendees are welcome to walk, or make use of the free shuttle bus service operating between the parking area and the main event entrance.
This parent-friendly shuttle bus will operate from approximately 8:30am each morning, running on a constant rotation between Scone Racecourse and the event site.
A limited number of onsite disabled parking spaces will also be available for holders of a valid NSW Mobility Parking Scheme permit / Disabled Parking Permit, strictly on a first come, first served basis.
If you require accessible parking, we recommend arriving early as spaces are limited.
Please follow the directions of our traffic controllers at all times to help ensure safe and efficient vehicle movement around the event precinct.
REGIONAL BUS TRANSFERS
For visitors travelling from outside Scone, a limited coach transfer service will also operate on the morning of the event, with pickups in Singleton, Singleton Heights, Muswellbrook and Aberdeen, arriving in Scone at approximately 8:30am.
A small fee of $5.77 is charged per person to prevent people from booking and changing their mind later, leaving empty seats and others missing out on the shuttle.
Morning pickup schedule:
-
6:50am – Singleton Railway Station
-
7:00am – Singleton Heights — Bus Stop opposite Singleton Heights Shopping Centre
-
7:45am – Muswellbrook Railway Station
